Your mission

As a water and sewage engineer, you have the opportunity to be part of the work to renew and manage the water and sewage pipeline network for the future.

Your tasks include being the project manager for water and sewage projects focusing on inflow water and stormwater - from feasibility studies to completed execution. You will be the project manager for both larger and smaller water and sewage projects, working with feasibility studies, investigations, and designs for the expansion and renewal of the pipeline network.

The role also includes monitoring technological developments and industry practices. We strive to be at the forefront of digitization, modernization, and innovation.

Your colleagues

Your colleagues are engaged and competent, working independently, taking responsibility, and creating success together. You will belong to the business area Water Services and the Planning and Design unit. You work closely with others to achieve results. Your manager will be Louise Rydén Engman. Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a university degree in areas such as water and sewage, environmental science, or extensive and/or deep professional knowledge equivalent to at least three years of full-time university studies, and you have several years of relevant work experience. A driver's license (B) is required for the position.

The role of a water and sewage engineer sometimes involves working without fixed routines or guidance in advance, which means you can identify and carry out activities towards the goal independently. You are confident in your technical knowledge, driven, solution-oriented, and attentive.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with:

• Expansion and renewal projects focusing on inflow water and stormwater.
• Larger and smaller rehabilitation and expansion projects in all phases from feasibility study to execution.
• Previous experience as a project manager for a water and sewage authority.

Employment conditions

Permanent employment. We will apply a six-month probationary period.
